Ken Ochiai, 25, from Japan and the University of Sydney, Australia.
I am a postgraduate student and doing "Master of Film and Digital Image".
I completed Bachelor of Arts, majoring Film Studies and Sociology, at the Australian National University. I also studied in a short Alfred Hitchcock (film) course at New York University. I have made 5 short films before.
The new film is a love story set in Indonesia both in contemporary time and the 1970s, and it is going to be a feature length. (not short film) It is going to be filmed in April.

Scene shown about the journalist, about his work which is declining day by day no matter how hard he tries, it remains the same. The boss suggest him take day off for couple days, but he refused to tae hat chance. He decides to go back home, to get some rest, but then a problem shows up. The parents ask him to get married, while he is thinking about his boyfriend lover.

While you are on the pedicap, working, you see a cocky rich boy is diving his luxurious car, in the other side you see a butcher is taking care of his fruits carefully, so that they will be interesting stuff to buy…..

Ketika di perjalananmu kau lihat anak kecil yang menangis merengek minta dibelikan mainan di sebuah etalase toko. Sementara di sisi lain kau lihat anak kecil berlarian dengan kapal terbang dari kertas lusuh dengan riangnya tertawa lepas.

While you are on the pedicap, you see a little boy crying asking his mother to buy him a brand new toys , in the other side of the road you see a little boy running and laughing, taking a aeroplane (made from recycle paper) on his hand

What makes a man happy, while you are on the pedicap, you see the old Chinese lady or man, counting seriously on his/her calculator with his glasses (which looks weird) on his/her nose

Riding or driving your pedicap, asking people whether they would like to be your passenger, so you can earn not much money. It’s not much money, but that’s where your life does exist, your family life does exist. (the scene shown the condition of his mother, his sister who’s gonna work abroad being a nanny, his mother cried …..)

The scene still shown the pedicap is on the way, still thinking about what happened above, and then on the crossroads, the reporter stopped him. The pedicap driver ask where are you going? The reporter answer, up to you, ijust want to take a fresh air, or maybe got lunch.
DIALOG
Dia naik beca, keliling-keliling naik beca. Terlibat percakapan yang nyambung dengan si tukang beca.
They were on the way and got conversation,

Bertukar pikiran tentang situasi politik, (yang bisa digambarkan lagi dengan potongan gambar juga), pendidikan yang mahal, biaya pengobatan yang tidak terjangkau lagi)
The were both talking about political situations (2009, would be held president elections. And parliament elections). Talking about educations which is more expensive nowadays. Also the medicine whichs is also more expensive. (THE SCENE TRY TO DESCRIBE THAT THE PEDICAP DRIVER, IS A BIT CLEVER PERSONALITY)

Akhirnya mengerucut saling tukar kisah hidup.
SI TUKANG BECAK: Ayahnya meninggal, ibunya sakit sakitan. Dapat beca dari jual harta warisan. Si tukang beca ini ke jember untuk narik becak dan duitnya buat hidup
SI WARTAWAN: kerjaan yang tambah bikin stress
The dialog is taking to personality matters. The pedicap drive talks about his familiy, his father died, his mother got illness, the family then sold what they have to buy a pedicap. That’s why he went to town every single day, so that he could earn money for living cost.
The reporter talks about what makes him went home. His declining works, his boss asked him to take some rest for getting fresh air. (THE SCENE SHOWN HOW DESPERATE IS THE REPORTER ABOUT THAT)

Berdua akhirnya berkisah tentang apa sih yang membuat manusia berbahagia? Duit? Pekerjaan? Cinta?
Afterwords, they both talks about ’actually, what doest it exist in a human life that could make them or they life full of happiness. Is love, money, job, or something that could make a mankind living in a great happiness?
DIALOG
Cinta? Begitu kata si tukang becak? Sama seperti musik, semua orang boleh mendengarkan, boleh berjoget, bahkan boleh menangis dan tertawa karenanya.
Begitu juga dengan cinta. Semua orang boleh mabuk kepayang karenanya. Anda boleh mengatakan gadis itu cantik. (menampilkan view di jalan itu orang yang lalu lalang dengan pakaian dan entitas masing-masing). Anda boleh asal menunjuk seseorang dari jalan ini dengan membayangkan menjadi pacar bahkan suaminya. Tetapi mewujudkannya?
The pedicap driver answer ”that must be love” which could make a man happy. just like a music, everybody is allowed to hear, even cry or laugh because of it. The same case, love… everybody allowed to love somebody, for example on the way of this street, you could show (by directing your finger) which girl on the street you imagine to chose being your girlfried of even to be your wife. Otherwise, to get into reality? Never be the same again

Mengapa anda berbicara seperti itu? Begitu kata si wartawan?
Karena begitulah yang terjadi. Cinta boleh menunjuk siapa saja sebagai harapan, namun kenyataannya kita harus menunjuk kepada diri sendiri, dan bertanya siapakah kita? Dari manakah kita?
The reporter said, why is the pedicap driver answering about love and comparing with the music, why he’s not answer or even talk about money for he’s only a pedicap driver and he must be eager to have a lot of money.

Cerita bergulir pada zaman (flashbacking)
Then the story began (flash backing)

The scene shown the pedicap still on the way, but changing transition to the 70s, when he passed through the university where the chinese girl going to go home.
Pertemuan pertama ini tidak terjadi percakapan hingga sesampai di rumahnya
The first meeting doesnt contain a conversation between the pedicap driver and the chinese girl
Adegan ini terjadi beberapa kali, yang membedakan adalah peningkatan percakapan, bahkan kadang-kadang si tukang beca harus kecewa sedikit demi sedikit hingga pada suatu ketika
The scene went on several times, and the increasing conversation happened.
Setting langsung pada percakapan seru antara si tukang beca dengan si tionghoa. Yang cerita mulai dari bahan kuliah/ pelajaran, sampai cerita tentang (bisa keluarga , bisa juga entitas budaya tionghoa)
Later, the scene shown that the pedicap driver and the chinese girl has been being a good friend.

Selama perjalanan menyapa beberapa teman, contoh:
When they were on the way home (on the pedicap), the chinese girl say hi to her close friend (all of them are chinese, and using mandarin each other)

The pedicap driver saw that all of the friends are chinese, then he asked the girl about is it just a coincidence that all of your friend are chinese and they like to play or being together with the same entity

Si cewek menjelaskan tentang entitas yang agak tertutup. Bisa dari sejarah, (tinjauan bisa dilihat dari terbitnya peraturan jaman orde baru tentang pelarangan buku buku dan budaya tiongkok karena disinyalir dari situlah komunisme menjalar semakin kuat)
Efek dominonya saling curiga trus pemisahan orang pribumi dan orang cina)
The girl describe that chinese in jember or in indonesia are closely entity. It may caused by the law which has released by mr president soeharto. It rules the changing mention of tionghoa to cina. It hurts Chinese community. That’s one of the reason why Chinese and Javanese are separately relationship. The Chinese girl explain the number series of the lawand the year.

Perjalanan sampai di rumah si cewek, halaman luas dan disambut penjaga serta anjingnya
Sementara di dalam rumah tidak ada siapa siapa untuk diajak bicara selain pembantu.
They arrived on the girl’s house. There’s only a dogs and guard and the nanny on the house. The scene showed how lonely was the girl

Menelepon papa dan mama yang lagi ada di toko, mengabarkan sudah pulang
Si papa yang lagi ngitung di kalkulator dan mama yang lagi mengecek barang di gudang si papa bertanya apa ada pesan buat si anak yang lagi menelepon

The girl called her papa and mama who worked on the store, told them that she’s home already. THE SCENE SHOWS THE PAPA WHO COUNTED BUGS MONEY, AND THEN HE ASK MAMA WHETHER SHE WOULD CONVERSATE HER DAUGHTER. The mama refused because she’s too busy counting the sum of products to sell.

The chinese girl phoned her friends , the friend is helping her/ his parents in the store. They make promise to hang out the night (discothique or someplace).

si tukang beca lagi makan di warung dengan latar belakang suaranya soka radio lebih jernih. Selesai makan tak lupa berdoa. Pamitan sama yang punya warung. Tukang beca melanjutkan mengayuh becaknya lagi. SI TUKANG BECAK SUDAH MULAI TERBAYANG-BAYANG WAJAH
Changing situation, the pedicap driver having his lunch in a small restaurant, which is hearing to soka radio. After lunch he prays. Greeting farewell to the owner of restaurant and saying “assalamualaikum (it means god bless you for moslem)

Tukang beca melanjutkan mengayuh becaknya lagi (GAMBAR DARI SUDUT PIJAKAN KAKI JALAN DI BAWAHNYA). Setting berubah jadi malam, dengan view di depan tempat (tempat mangkal malam hari si tukang becak). Di dalamnya cewek tionghoa dan teman temannya lagi clubbing.
Pedicap driver going on riding his pedicap. (the scene showed the pedal of pedicap and changing transision into night), where the pedicap driver waiting passenger in front of the club where the girl and the friends are inside of the nightclub. The scene shows inside of the nightclub

Pada saat pulang si cewek tionghoa melihat abang beca, dan .............. pengen pulang naik beca, naik beca trus jalan-jalan dan ditunjukkan warung mie langganan tukang beca (belakang matahari atau di sampurna). Tapi si cewek berkeras untuk mentraktir. Selama makan, cerita tentang sejarahnya mie – terus nyambung ke acara imlekan. Si cewek ngajarin tukang beca makan pakai sumpit, ngajarin juga istilah-istilah mandarin di imlekan kepada si tukang beca yang kemudian menirukan dengan salah salah tapi cepat mengerti

The party is over, the chinese girl saw the pedicap driver, and she permit to her friends to went home by pedicap. On the way to home, the Chinese girl said she’s hungry and ask pedicap driver whether he could show some place or any idea about some place. The pedicap driver said showed small noodle restaurant. The Chinese girl asked and forced to pay the bill for the noodles. Pdicap driver refused but then accepted it. The Chinese girl forced the pedicap not to be shame on, and she teached how to use double stick to eat the noodles. She also teached some words mandarin. The conversation contains a lot of great ideas, like Chinese culture then into Chinese new year. She describes there are several special foods that only exist on the Chinese new year celebrations. The name is basket cake/ moon cake
SEMENTARA ITU, SCENE BERUBAH JADI MEJA DIMANA TUKANG BECA DAN SI WARTAWAN NGOBROL ASYIK BAHWA DI MEJA ITULAH DULU SI GADIS MENGAJARI NYA UNTUK MENGGUNAKAN SUMPIT. SAAT MAKAN DI MEJA ITU BERSAMA WARTAWAN IA SUDAH EXPERT MENGGUNAKAN SUMPIT
The scene changing into the present day, where pedicap driver and the reporter, eat noodles in the same table and the same place like he used to be with chinese girl. He’s now expert to use double stick to eat noodles. Meanwhile the reporter getting interest to write down the story

Cerita bergulir ke acara imlekan. (MASIH SAMBIL MAKAN MIE) Pada saat imlek datang, si gadis berjanji untuk memberi kue keranjang kepada si tukang beca. Si tukang beca datang ke rumah si gadis (namun tidak masuk, tetapi hanya berdiri di depan pagar rumah)
SETTING MEJA MAKAN KEMUDIAN MENJADI MEJA MAKAN KELUARGA PADA SAAT IMLEK DATANG.
The story back to the past, when the table is changing into the chinese girl’s famili’s table on the occation of chinese new year. She promised to give moon cake.
DIALOG
Di tengah pesta imlek, si gadis sesekali melongok ke jendela melihat apakah si tukang beca sudah datang. Sampai salah satu keluarga bertanya ada apa? Si gadis bercerita dengan sumringah bahwa dia berkawan dekat dengan si tukang becak langganannya dan berjanji berbagi kue keranjang.
The party is being held on the girl’s house, the whole family is grouping on the dining room. she often take a look at the window (still sitting), to see whether the pedicap driver has arrive or not. One of her cousins ask her who’s she waiting for. She tells the cousin that she wait for a pedicap driver who usually take her to the college and pick her home that she promised to give him a moon cake.
DIALOG
Ketika si tukang beca datang, dengan bergegas si gadis keluar rumah membawa kue keranjang. Di dalam rumah si gadis jadi bahan omongan.
When the girl see that he’s already come, The scene shows that padicap driver just standing outside of the gate. The family issues about that crowdedly, because that is tabu.
DIALOG
Sementara di luar rumah si gadis menceritakan tentang apa itu kue keranjang, bagaimana cara memasaknya. Bagaimana menyampaikan selamat tahun baru imlek dan apa tradisinya
Outside the house, the girl teached the pedicap driver how to slice the cake (which is not by a knife, but using thread), it can also fried with egg. She teached pedicap driver how to say happy Chinese new year in mandarin. The pedicap driver hardly try to speak it up but vailed. But then he could say the right way.

Di dalam rumah keluarga berbisik bisik sambil sesekali melongok ke jendela (DARI MEJA MAKAN DAPAT NGINTIP LUAR RUMAH TEMPAT SI GADIS DAN TUKANG BECA NGOBROL)
Orang tua si gadis turut menyaksikan, terus keluar dan menyuruh si gadis masuk untuk melanjutkan pesta.
Inside the house, the crowded family who talks about strange relationship is heard by the parents, who then take a look outside (still sitting), and listened to what’s happening. The papa took outside, and ask her daughter to come inside for the party hasn’t over yet (bit angry expression)
DIALOG
Si tukang beca menyampaikan selamat tahun baru imlek dengan salah salah tapi tidak dihiraukan oleh orang tua si gadis.
The pedicap driver say good evening to her papa, and hardly try to say happy new hear in mandarin, but the papa doesn’t stare to him.

Di dalam tejadi sedikit perdebatan, namun tidak berlangsung lama karena pesta dilanjutkan. Si orang tua juga mengumumkan bahwa si gadis mendapat surat dari lembaga pendidikan.
After the girl took inside the house, a bit argumentations happened, but not for long times, because the party is going on. The parents, then remembered that they received a letter from Jakarta to the daughter
DIALOG
Surat itu dibuka di tengah pesta, lalu bahagia bersama karena ternyata beasiswa diterima dari sebuah perusahaan besar. Semua keluarga memberikan ucapan selamat dan saling berpelukan. Kemudian di shoot juga bagi bagi ang pao nya
She opened the letter in that party, she’s so very happy and so does every single family who attending the party. They congrat for joy and happiness each other. THE SCENE ALSO SHOWN TRADITION GIVING ANG PAO EACH OTHER.

Si tukang beca pulang dengan gambaran sangat sangat berbahagia sambil bersenandung mengikuti lagu yang diputar di radio di becaknya (radio soka adiswara) cara bernyanyi dan bersenandungnya harus bisa menggambarkan orang yang tengah jatuh cinta
The pedicap driver went home happily, very much happiness on his heart. He sing a song which on aired on the radio station that available on his pedicap. The way he sing has to show a person who fell in love so much,
MONOLOG
Sesampainya dirumah, si tukang beca bercerita kepada ibunya tentang kue keranjang dan tentang gadis idaman tapi tak sampainya. Ibunya tengah menganyam bambu untuk bikin tumbu/ tampah/ tedhok. SAMBIL BATUKS Sambil mendengarkan si tukang beca cerita ibunya berkomentar sebentar.
He tells his mother about the chinese girl who gave him the mooncake. His mother is making some things to sell (such as things made from bamboo). She’s got ill. But listened patiently to the story but not well commend
DIALOG
Si tukang beca membantu meraut bambu dan membuat sujen sate. Sambil terus bercerita.
The pedicap driver going on telling the story and help his mother to make sticks for satai (traditional food)
MONOLOG
Ibunya kemudian menunjukkan surat dari adiknya (yang mengisahkan keberadaan di rantau jadi buruh migran).
His mother tell him to think, to realized who are you that wouldn’t be brave to love somebody outside of where you belong to. She remembered that they received a letter from his sister who works abroad as a nanny. The letter describe about trafficking or something so bad about the job
DIALOG
DILEMA TIME (kemudian menangis namun segera tersadar dan si tukang beca sholat)
Dilema time (the pedicap driver soon realized about his conditions, confusing, desperating, then he decide to pray as a moslem)
SI WARTAWAN SUDAH MENUNJUKKAN KETERTARIKAN dan MENULISKAN KISAH INI KARENA IA TERINGAT DENGAN KISAHNYA SENDIRI
PADA SAAT BERPIKIR (DAN MULAI MENULIS) SETTINGNYA DI KAMAR/ TEMPAT TIDUR SI WARTAWAN
Back to the present day. The reporter shown how interest is him about writing the story for he remembering his own story. The setting is held on his bed and start to write the story

view turun ke tempat tidur si gadis yang membayangkan (atau) sambil menghitung duit ang pao di pesta tadi, trus tidur dengan bahagia dan puas karena selain imlek yang menyenangkan, beasiswa didapat. Kemudian tidur
the scene change into the chinese girl’s bed, she imagine how great is this night, counting bugs money from ang pao she got, happiness for the scholarship. She fell a sleep
KEESOKAN HARINYA
Diawali dari si wartawan menemui tukang beca untuk menuliskan kisah ini.
The day of tomorrow. Started from the reporter seeking and met the pedicap driver to permit writing the story
DIALOG
KEMBALI KE MASA LALU
Keesokan harinya, si tukang beca sudah menunggu di depan rumah untuk mengantar kuliah, sepanjang perjalanan mereka berdua terlibat pembicaraan. Tetapi si tukang beca sudah agak berubah (sedikit pendiam tidak seperti biasanya)
Back to flashbacking. The pedicap driver is waiting in the station near the chinese girl to take her to the university. Along the way, they got conversation, but the pedicap driver got a bit quiet than usually.
DIALOG
Si gadis bertanya ada apa. Si tukang beca menjawab tidak ada apa apa..
Si gadis kemudian meminta maaf akan keacuhan keluarganya.
Si tukang beca memaklumi.
Si gadis kemudian teringat akan beasiswa dari perusahaan besar yang diterimanya
The chinese girl asked about what’s happened. The pedicap driver answered nothing is happened. The Chinese girl thought it must be about her family last night. But pedicap driver still said no, it doesn’t matter. The Chinese girl then remember that she got scholarship from a big company in jakarta
DIALOG
Si tukang beca kaget campur sedih campur berusaha menutupi sedihnya dengan pura pura riang.... namun setelah itu suara si gadis terdengar di awang awang dan si tukang beca membayangkan bahwa tiba sudah saatnya kembali pada kenyataan ...
Bahwa hari hari sepi esok dan mungkin seterusnya sudah akan menjelma...
Namun inilah hidup, inilah..... manusia yang bisa memiliki imajinasi tak terbatas,
Dalam kenyataan yang serba terbatas.......
diceritakan kepada si tukang becak bahwa malam hari nanti dia dan teman-temannya akan mengadakan pesta perpisahan di sebuah tempat kongkow yang asyik.
The pedicap driver shocked,suffering but he keep trying to unshown what he felt inside, he tried to smile and congrats the girl..... the girl keep on going to talk about her happiness, but her voice isn’t hear by the pedicap driver because he imagine that this is the time to get back to reality
He realize that tomorrow and for good, the day would be such a lonely time
But this is his real life, this is the life of the pedicap driver who have no boundaries of imagination through his boundaries of reality.
He heard then, that tonight the Chinese girl and her friends will have farewell party
MONOLOG
Tiba di kampus
Si gadis sudah ditunggu teman-temannya di gerbang yang segera menyambut dan memberi selamat.
The arrived in front of unversity, the chinese girl’s friend has been waiting to congrats crowdedly
DIALOG
Para dosen dan tenaga administrasi juga memberikan selamat dan sukses atas beasiswa yang diterima dari perusahaan besar tersebut (ceritanya belum wisuda sudah keterima kerja di perusahaan besar untuk kuliah lagi lalu kerja di perusahaan tersebut)
The lecturer and administrations stuff also congrat the girl for the scholarship so that she could attending big company before graduations.

Si tukang beca kemudian berencana untuk memberi hadiah kepada si gadis sebagai kenang kenangan berupa sumpit yang dia bikin sendiri (jangan lupa; setting di depan digambarkan di rumah tukang beca ibunya menganyam bambu untuk tumbu/ tampah/ tedhok, dan si tukang beca membantu meraut bambu dan bikin sujen sate). Si tukang beca tidak menunggu tetapi pulang ke desa agar bisa bikin sumpit yang indah.
Malam hari berbekal harapan bahwa si gadis akan pergi ke tempat kongkow naik becak, si tukang beca sudah menunggu di (pangkalan) dekat rumah si gadis. Ternyata si cewek dan temennya malah naik mobil. Si beca berusaha ngejar, kena lobang jatuh si tukang beca becanya sampe rusak parah.
The pedicap driver isn’t waiting to pick the girl home. He went home to make beautiful stick then he will give it on the way to the farewell party.
The night has come, he hopes to take the girl to the place where the party is held. He waits her at the pedicap station near the girl’s house. Actually, the reality is : her friends picked her up to the party by car. He’s got shocked by the reality. He tries to run by them to give the double stick. On the way he runs by, crashed and he fell down, the pedicap is broken,

Tukang beca kemudian menuntun becaknya, beberapa bagian berusaha ia perbaiki sendiri sambil ngelesot di trotoar. Dalam keadaan bimbang ini ia menangis, berdoa kepada tuhan agar dikuatkan hatinya untuk menerima kenyataan. Sambil bergumam bahwa jika masih ada waktu ijinkanlah agar sumpit itu bisa sampai ke tangan si gadis. Berdoa menengadah ke langit.
The pedicap driver take his pedicap out of the street, trying to fix some parts by himself desperately. In this suffering situation he prays, may he could open his heart to face the reality. The scene shown the pedicap driver on his suffering. Then, on the way home, the Chinese girl saw him coincidently, she asked her friend to stop the car. She get out the car and ask what’s happened to him

Si beca cerita bahwa dia ingin si cewek menerima hadiah perpisahannya. Tadi dia bermaksud mengejar, tapi kecelakaan
The pedicap driver tells the story, and he just only would give the double stick for farewell and congrats the girl but he fell down.

hadiah itu berupa sumpit yang ia buat sendiri, tidak berharga namun dibuat dari hati yang tidak mampu berharap apa apa selain melihat si gadis berbahagia, menerima sumpit itu, karena disitulah tinggal sebuah hati yang hanya bisa berharap.
The scene shows that the girl know that he fell in love to her....... (suffering scene is shown on both of them). The pedicap driver said, there’s nothing he could hope, but the girl willing to take his gift because the double stick has his whole heart. The heart that only could imagine and hope… for good

Mereka kemudian berjalan-jalan setelah menitipkan becaknya di bengkel (dibuat kebetulan disitu ada bengkel las) Selama berjalan-jalan itu view berubah, (kayak di kampus, jalan-jalan gak seberapa jauh di sac ternyata ada panggung musik, ada anak band yang main)
He asked her friend to go and pick her up a couple times later. Then, she asked him to take a walk after they take the pedicap into someone near that place. In the still of the walk, the view changing transition into a show of indie band (outdoor show by street musicion). They watch the show together

Mereka kemudian menghabiskan beberapa lama disitu, ikut goyang-goyang mengikuti musik. Tidak terasa pada satu ketika mereka sudah berpegangan tangan dan berangkulan.

Si gadis berpamitan, si tukang beca (yang sangat haru biru, emosional menahan sesak di dada) menyampaikan bahwa ia akan selalu berdoa agar si gadis sukses, jadi orang berhasil, tidak peduli walaupun si tukang beca akan sangat kehilangan momen momen (yang mungkin tidak akan pernah kembali sepanjang hayat)
Time to separate, time to say good bye.
The girl say that she has to go. The pedicap driver (who emotionally try not to cry) say that he would always pray for the girl. Praying for the successful, no matter how hurt and hard to take the reality. No matter that he would lost every single moment they spent together that probably never be the same again.

Si gadis menyampaikan terima kasih atas waktu yang sangat menyenangkan bersama, menemani ngobrol, jadi tempat curhat, ia juga tidak akan pernah melupakan persahabatan yang telah terjalin selama ini.

the girl get into the car, then the car went by... into the dark of the night . (the scene show how sentimental the pedicap driver, watching the car goes by into the dark of the night, till he can not see it anymore, he take the pdicap home. Pedicap has broken, the sweetheart has gone, no money, nothing has taken. He remember his mother who got ill is waiting in home.

The reporter take the contract and walking outside the office, on the other side of the street he saw somebody is reading the magazine. Then, the scene changing into magazine which is hold on the hand of mature woman behind the beautiful desk… remembering something and phone the reporter’s office asking about who wrote the story. She got the reporter’s number, and phone him, asking about the story and the pedicap driver
Ia kemudian TELP ke soka radio nun jauh disana untuk memutar lagu kenangan itu dan bekirim salam untuk si tukang beca, terima kasih untuk semuanya, doa-doanya, dukungannya, kebersamaannya dan lain-lain yang menunjukkan bahwa ia benar-benar tidak lupa dengan apa yang pernah terjadi, bahkan sumpit itu masih tersimpan dengan baik di salah satu sudut ruangan kerjanya kini
The woman phone the radio station which she ever heard with the pedicap driver a long time ago. She tells the story and she send regards to the pedicap driver. She said thank you for his pray a long time a go, thank you for every single moment they’ve ever had together. She recalls that she wouldn’t forget about everything, the double stick is still available and she put in on one of the desk she had In her office.
Di pangkalan becak, si tukang becak terhenyak mendengar salam dari gadis tionghoa yang sampai saat ini masih di hatinya dan tak tergantikan.Ia turut bahagia bahwa gadis pujaannya masih ingat padanya, sukses meraih cita-cita. Meskipun kini ia masih bergelung dengan kemiskinan, dengan beca lusuhnya, dan dengan segala keterbatasan itu ia tetap bersyukur dan terus berdoa untuk sang pujaan hati
The pedicap driver is on his station and shocked to hear that. Shocked about the regards he heard from the Chinese girl who fill his dream until now. He is happy for her success , he felt so honour to be remembered by his admiring girl although they would never be together again. Eventhough he’s now still in the suffering life being pedicap driver, but he thank god and keep praying for his girl
